1. Who is Ammae.in?

ammae.in is a website from M/s Sri Kalyani Trading Company which is registered with the government of Andhra Pradesh. FSSAI number of 2012-2013. This page contains all terms and conditions that stand for all orders placed on this site.

2. Delivery Timings:

We do not guarantee any timed delivery, any order within city limits will be delivered on next business day and outside city will be done in 3 to 4 working days. Delivery timings promised cannot be guaranteed in case of special circumstances like extreme weather conditions, riots, unfounded recipients etc and the order might be considered delivered for such cases and no refund will be made.

3. Discounts:

All the discounts are decided by Sri Kalyani Trading Company team and none of the Discount and offers can be clubbed together.

4. Address Change:

Any changes to the recipient address would be entertained free of cost if they are requested before 24hrs of the actual delivery. Changes after that will not be entertained and order would not be canceled.

5. Order Change:

Any changes to the order would be entertained with monetary adjustments if requested before 24hrs of the actual delivery. Changes after that will not be entertained and order would not be canceled.

6. Delivery Product:

The delivery products would be similar to the ones shown on the site but can not be guaranteed to be exact replicas of the products shown on the site. 

7. Damaged deliveries:

We will cater to any reports of damaged products on the same day of delivery only. The problem report must be supported with substantial proofs of the damage made to the product.

8. Rules for delivery:

If there is no one available at the shipping address (to accept the delivery of your order) and recipient phone is wrong or unreachable at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.

9. Rules for Duplicate Orders:

If the processing team finds that the same order has been made twice we will try to contact the customer and get that clarified. If the customer is not contactable we will take the decision on our behalf and that will be final.

10. Dealing with Fraudulent Customers:

If we find out any fraudulent behavior from any client in terms of wrong address, unethical message, odd delivery timings or any other reason, we hold the power to reject that order or ban that customer without being answerable to anyone.

11. Rules for the unfounded recipient:

In case the final customer is not available for receiving the placed order and we have strict instructions to deliver only to the intended customer the order shall be considered delivered and no refund will be made. Please refer Cancellation and refund policy for further details.

12. All courier items will be shipped using DTDC or equivalent courier. As such we cannot specify any delivery date or timing for such order. All orders will be delivered between 9 am - 7 pm and may take 3-5 days of shipping time depending on the product, delivery location, and other parameters. 

13. We hold the right to extend our services to any individual, organization, group or business unit. We may refuse to serve any individual, organization, group or business unit solely on our own will and we will not be answerable to anyone.

14. Sri Kalyani Trading Company may amend its Terms & Conditions from time to time. These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts. 

15. These Terms and Conditions, together with Sri Kalyani Trading Company cancellation and refund policy, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and other rules and policies posted on the site, which are hereby incorporated as if set forth fully in these Terms and Conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and FlowerAura with respect to your use of and material available through the site, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals between you and FlowerAura with respect to this site. Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions are reserved.
