Ammae Multigrain Pongal, 150 gms
Ingredients: Little millet (sama), Wheat Rava, Oats, Green gram (moong dal), Pepper, Cumin seeds, Asafoetida, Salt.
Serves: 3 Persons
Method of Preparation:
Step 1 - Soaking: Take 1 measure of breakfast mix and 3 measures of water in a container. Allow it to soak for 15 minutes.
Step 2 - Cooking: Pressure cook the soaked mixture with water for 1 whistle and reduce stove to low flame and slow cook for 10 minutes and switch off.
- Step 3 - Once the pressure is released, remove the content and add required ghee to the mixture and serve for ta sty breakfast.
Multi grain pongal is my favorite choice for dinner. Anybody can easily make it by soaking for 15 mins in water and then cooking for a while in a cooker. Takes very less time to make and very very tasty. Ghee tadka adds more taste to it. Give a try friends!
